What partners ask first
How are WhatsApp message charges handled for my clients?
Meta bills each client's own WhatsApp Business Account directly, at Meta's published rate for the recipient's country, and we add no markup. Messenger and Instagram replies inside the 24-hour window carry no Meta message charge.
What does Nepal cost per WhatsApp message?
From 1 October 2026 Nepal has its own Meta rate card: utility, authentication and service messages cost about $0.0034 each, and service replies are free for the first 1,000 per number each month. Marketing messages follow Meta's published rate; confirm the current figure on Meta's card before quoting it.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Add two DNS records — a CNAME that points your hostname at us and a TXT record that proves you own it — and the app, login page and emails appear on your address with an automatic certificate.
How many clients can I have?
Each tier includes a number of client workspaces in its base fee and allows more at a per-client price, up to a limit we agree with you. Raising the limit is a message to us, not a migration.
Who owns my clients' WhatsApp numbers?
Your client does. Every number is registered in the client's own Meta Business Manager, so neither you nor we can hold it hostage.
Can clients sign up on their own?
If you switch it on, anyone who signs up on your domain becomes your client on the package you choose. Otherwise you create each client from the partner console.
