How much does BotPulsar cost?
BotPulsar has a Starter plan at ₹300/month, Growth at ₹999/month, Pro at ₹1,999/month and Business at ₹3,999/month. Every plan includes unlimited team members. Meta's per-message charges are billed at cost with no markup.
Is BotPulsar cheaper than WATI, AiSensy or Interakt?
On paid plans, yes. BotPulsar Starter is ₹300/month and Growth ₹999/month billed monthly, against WATI Growth at ₹2,199 billed annually, AiSensy Basic at ₹1,500 and Interakt Starter at ₹1,000 a month paid yearly. AiSensy also offers a limited free plan. BotPulsar never charges per seat or marks up Meta's message rates.
Do I need my own Meta Business account?
Yes. BotPulsar connects through Meta's official Embedded Signup, so the WhatsApp Business Account and phone number stay in your name. You can move providers at any time without losing your number or history.
Does BotPulsar charge extra per agent?
No. Unlimited team members are included on every plan, including Starter. Adding your tenth or hundredth agent costs nothing extra — unlike seat-based platforms such as WATI, Respond.io and Kommo.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business App on the same number?
Yes, where Meta's Coexistence eligibility applies. BotPulsar supports Coexistence with origin tracking, echo de-duplication and health checks, so your team can use both surfaces on one number.
Is BotPulsar official, or is it WhatsApp Web automation?
BotPulsar only uses the official WhatsApp Cloud API through Meta's Embedded Signup — never browser automation or an unofficial client. That is also why your number, quality rating and message history stay under Meta's real terms of service instead of ban risk.
How much does Meta charge per WhatsApp message in India?
Meta bills per delivered message by category. In India that is ₹0.8631 for a marketing message and ₹0.115 for a utility or authentication message, before 18% GST. Since 1 October 2026, the first 1,000 service replies per number each month are free. BotPulsar passes these through at cost — no markup, and the rate card is public on the pricing page.
How do I send 10,000 WhatsApp messages at once?
Use the official WhatsApp Business API with an approved template and customers who opted in. Meta caps how many customers a number can start conversations with in 24 hours — commonly 1,000 for a new number, then 10,000, 100,000 and unlimited as volume and quality rating hold up — so a 10,000-customer broadcast needs a number warmed to that tier. Meta's charge for 10,000 marketing messages is about ₹10,185 including GST. Bulk-sender tools that automate WhatsApp Web risk a ban.
Can I move to BotPulsar without losing my number?
Yes. Your WhatsApp Business Account and phone number live in your own Meta Business Manager, not with your provider, so switching is a matter of re-pointing the number. Approved templates and contacts move with BotPulsar's free migration help; chat history stored by the old provider does not transfer, so export it before you cancel.

Can my WhatsApp number get banned for using the API?
The API itself does not increase ban risk — it is the same official channel Meta runs the WhatsApp Business App on. Bans happen from messaging people without consent, high block/report rates, or wrong template use, not from using the API. BotPulsar's consent ledger and suppression list block a send to anyone who has opted out before it reaches Meta, which is the main practical defence against a quality-rating drop.
