Can customers pay without leaving WhatsApp?
Payment links open Razorpay's checkout from within the chat, so the customer never has to be redirected to a separate website flow you maintain.
Is payment status reflected back on the order?
Yes. Payment events are delivered back over REST so the order's paid state is reconciled without anyone checking a dashboard manually.
Do I need a developer to connect Razorpay?
No, connecting only needs your Razorpay account ID; payment links and reconciliation then work without custom code.
Can I collect a partial payment or deposit?
Yes, a payment link can be sent for a booking deposit or advance inside the same WhatsApp conversation as the booking.
What happens if a payment link is never completed?

Is there an extra BotPulsar fee for using Razorpay?
