What you actually pay
What exactly does the platform fee cover?
The monthly platform fee covers the BotPulsar product: inbox, campaigns, automations, AI, CRM, analytics and API access, with unlimited team members. Meta's per-conversation charges are separate and billed at cost.
Does BotPulsar add a markup on Meta's message rates?
No. Meta's conversation charges are passed through at cost. You see the same rate Meta publishes, and BotPulsar shows a campaign cost preview before you send so there are no invoice surprises.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free Forever plan is ₹0/month with unlimited team members, 1,000 service conversations a month, the official API, the shared inbox and 10 templates. No credit card is required.
Do I have to commit annually to get the lowest price?
No. ₹999/month is the monthly price with no annual lock-in. Several competitors advertise their lowest rate only on annual billing. If you do want to commit, quarterly billing saves 5% and yearly saves 10% — Growth works out to ₹949/month quarterly or ₹899/month yearly.
How much does each WhatsApp message cost?
Meta charges per template message and BotPulsar passes it through at cost. For recipients in India that is ₹1.09 for Marketing messages and ₹0.145 for Utility and Authentication messages. Rates differ by the country your customer is in. Service conversations — replies within the 24-hour customer service window — are not charged per template message.
Why do message rates differ by country?
Meta sets WhatsApp Business Platform rates per country, so a message to a customer in India costs a different amount than one to a customer in the UAE or the US. BotPulsar bills you Meta's rate for the recipient's country with no markup added, and the campaign composer previews the projected cost before you send.
Do you charge GST?
Prices are exclusive of GST. Invoices are issued in INR with GST-ready records, so your finance team can claim input credit.
Can I switch plans or cancel later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from billing settings. There is no setup fee and no cancellation penalty.
