Terms of service
The agreement that applies when you use BotPulsar — written to be read, not to be skipped.
Effective 10 August 2026. Last updated 10 August 2026.
Using BotPulsar means agreeing to these terms. Your subscription buys access to the platform; Meta's per-message messaging charges are separate and are billed at cost. You keep ownership of your data and of your WhatsApp number, and you can cancel at any time. Accounts that breach Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy or send messages without valid opt-in can be suspended, because that behaviour puts every other number on the platform at risk.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to the BotPulsar marketing site, the application at app.botpulsar.com, and the API. If you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
Your account
- You must give accurate signup details and keep them current.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by team members you invite. All plans include unlimited team members, so seat sharing is never necessary — do not share a single login.
- Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
- You must be 18 or older and using BotPulsar for a business purpose.
What you pay, and what Meta charges
Your subscription is billed in advance for the period you choose — monthly, quarterly or yearly — and renews automatically until cancelled. Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
Meta charges separately for WhatsApp conversations, priced per category (marketing, utility, authentication, service) and per country. BotPulsar passes these through at Meta's published rates without a markup, billed against prepaid credit in your workspace. Meta sets and changes these rates; we do not.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal, so you can cancel before it takes effect.
Acceptable use
WhatsApp is a permissioned channel and Meta enforces that strictly. These rules protect your number as much as ours:
- Message only contacts who have opted in, and honour opt-outs promptly.
- Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy and template category rules. A rejected or misused template category is grounds for Meta to restrict your number.
- No spam, purchased contact lists, scraped numbers, phishing, malware, or impersonation of another business.
- No unlawful content, and none of the categories Meta prohibits — including alcohol, tobacco, weapons, gambling and adult content, where Meta restricts them.
- No attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the platform, and no resale of the service unless you are on a plan that permits it.
Suspension
We can suspend an account that breaches acceptable use, that is being used fraudulently, or that has an unpaid invoice past its due date. Except where the breach is severe or Meta compels immediate action, we give notice and a chance to fix the problem first.
Your data and your number
You own your data. We claim no rights over your contacts, conversations or content beyond what is needed to operate the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Your WhatsApp Business Account and phone number are registered in your own Meta Business Manager. Leaving BotPulsar is a re-point of your number to another provider, not a negotiation with us to release it.
You can export your data at any time while the account is active.
Availability
We work to keep BotPulsar available continuously, and we announce planned maintenance in advance. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime SLA with service credits on self-serve plans; if you need one, talk to us before signing up rather than assuming it.
Message delivery ultimately depends on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, on your number's quality rating and messaging limits, and on the recipient's device. Those are outside our control.
Third-party services
Integrations you connect — CRMs, stores, payment gateways, automation tools — are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, their pricing, or what they do with data you choose to send them.
Liability
The service is provided as-is to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.
Cancellation and termination
You can cancel at any time from the billing screen or by writing to us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for; refund eligibility is set out in the refund policy.
We can terminate with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach of acceptable use. On termination you keep access long enough to export your data, unless the account was terminated for fraud or abuse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. We will always try to resolve a dispute by talking to you first.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect, and continuing to use BotPulsar after that means you accept them.

Terms of service questions
Is my subscription the only thing I pay for?
No. The subscription buys platform access. Meta charges separately per WhatsApp conversation, by category and country, and BotPulsar passes those charges through at Meta's published rates without a markup. Budget for both.
Can BotPulsar suspend my account?
Yes — for breaching acceptable use, for fraud, or for an invoice unpaid past its due date. Except where the breach is severe or Meta compels immediate action, we give notice and a chance to fix the problem first.
Who owns my WhatsApp number if I leave?
You do. Your WhatsApp Business Account and number are registered in your own Meta Business Manager, so moving to another provider is a re-point of the number rather than a request to us to release it.
Does BotPulsar offer an uptime SLA?
Not on self-serve plans. We announce planned maintenance in advance and work to keep the platform continuously available, but there are no contractual service credits. If you need a formal SLA, talk to us before signing up.
Which law governs these terms?
Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
