Where your data lives and how it's protected
Stated plainly, including what we haven't done yet — a vague security page is worse than an honest one.
BotPulsar hosts on AWS and DigitalOcean, encrypts data in transit over HTTPS/TLS and at rest in the database, and has not yet completed a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification. Your WhatsApp Business Account and phone number are registered in your own Meta Business Manager, independent of BotPulsar's hosting, so you are never locked into our infrastructure to keep your number.
Infrastructure
BotPulsar runs on AWS and DigitalOcean, in standard regional data centres. WhatsApp message content itself is transmitted and stored under Meta's own WhatsApp Business Platform terms, independent of BotPulsar's application hosting.
Encryption
All traffic to and from BotPulsar is encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS. Data is encrypted at rest in the database.
Certification status
BotPulsar was founded in 2026 and has not yet completed a third-party security audit such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001. If a formal attestation is required for your organisation, contact us before signing up.
Your number and data are never held hostage
Your WhatsApp number stays yours
Connecting through Meta Embedded Signup registers your WhatsApp Business Account and phone number in your own Meta Business Manager, not inside BotPulsar's systems. Leaving BotPulsar is a re-point of the number, not a data-export negotiation.
We don't sell your data
Customer and conversation data is used only to operate your workspace — the privacy policy sets out exactly what we collect and who else touches it. A signed data processing agreement is available on request — email support@botpulsar.com.
Security and data handling questions
Where is BotPulsar hosted and where does my data live?
BotPulsar runs on AWS and DigitalOcean infrastructure, with data stored in standard regional data centres. WhatsApp message content itself is transmitted and stored under Meta's own WhatsApp Business Platform terms, independent of BotPulsar's hosting.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. All traffic to and from BotPulsar is encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS, and data is encrypted at rest in the database.
Does BotPulsar have SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification?
Not yet. BotPulsar is a young platform (founded 2026) and has not completed a third-party security certification. If a formal audit or attestation is a requirement for your organisation, contact support@botpulsar.com before signing up.
Does BotPulsar sell or share my customers' data?
No. Customer and conversation data is used to operate your workspace and is not sold to third parties. A full privacy policy and data processing agreement is available on request at support@botpulsar.com.
Who owns the WhatsApp number and account if I leave BotPulsar?
You do. The WhatsApp Business Account and phone number are registered in your own Meta Business Manager through Embedded Signup, not inside BotPulsar's infrastructure, so leaving is a re-point of the number rather than a data-export negotiation.
