Do I need a Facebook Business Manager account to use BotPulsar?
Yes. Meta Embedded Signup runs through your own Meta Business Manager, so you need a Business Manager account and a phone number that is not already active on the regular WhatsApp app. BotPulsar guides you through both during onboarding.
What is WhatsApp Coexistence and can I use it?
Coexistence lets an eligible number stay active on the WhatsApp Business App and the Cloud API at the same time, with BotPulsar tracking message origin and de-duplicating echoes. Eligibility is set by Meta based on your account history, not by BotPulsar.
Does BotPulsar help with WhatsApp green tick verification?
Yes, at no extra cost. We help prepare and submit the Official Business Account verification request through Meta; approval itself is Meta's decision and typically depends on your business's public profile and trademark status.
Can I run more than one WhatsApp number from one BotPulsar account?
Yes. Every workspace supports multiple numbers, each with its own queues, campaigns, automations and analytics, so a multi-branch or multi-brand business does not need a separate account per number. Pro includes up to five numbers and Business is unlimited.
What happens to template approval and quality rating on BotPulsar?
Templates are created, previewed, submitted and localised from inside BotPulsar, and the dashboard tracks each template's approval status, quality rating and any pause state so you can react before a rating drop limits your sending tier.
What are WhatsApp Flows, and does BotPulsar support them?
Flows are Meta's native in-chat forms for things like bookings or lead capture, without leaving WhatsApp. BotPulsar includes a Flow builder plus lists, reply buttons, carousels and product messages, with Webviews supported separately.
Can I move my WhatsApp number to BotPulsar without losing history?
Yes. Because the WABA and number stay registered in your own Meta Business Manager rather than a vendor's infrastructure, switching providers is a re-point of the number, not a renegotiation, and message history tied to the WABA is unaffected.
