Display name
The business name customers see on your WhatsApp messages. It must reflect your actual business identity and is reviewed by Meta before it can be used or changed.

Display names are reviewed against Meta's naming policy: they have to relate to the real business, and cannot be generic terms, misleading, or a URL. A name that fails review blocks the number from sending until it is corrected.
Changing an approved display name triggers a fresh review, and in some cases temporarily affects the number's ability to send. It is worth getting right at registration rather than iterating on it later.
