WhatsApp Business Platform (WhatsApp Business API)
Meta's programmatic interface that lets medium and large businesses send and receive WhatsApp messages at scale. It has no app interface of its own — you access it through a platform such as BotPulsar, and your business owns the underlying WhatsApp Business Account.

The WhatsApp Business Platform is not an app you download. It is an interface Meta exposes to software, which means a business never logs into it directly — it connects through a Business Solution Provider such as BotPulsar, and works inside that provider's inbox, campaign tools and automation builder.
The distinction that matters commercially is ownership. The WhatsApp Business Account, the phone number, the approved message templates and the quality rating all sit in the business's own Meta Business Manager. A provider supplies the software layer on top; it does not hold the asset, which is why moving between providers does not cost a business its number or its template library.
